The candidate should have significant experience in the field of trusts and estates litigation including, but not limited to, probate contests, accounting litigation, turnover proceedings, and other Surrogate's Court litigated matters. Experience in Article 81 guardianship matters also a plus. The candidate should have demonstrated ties to Long Island.
