Responsibilities

Support in project documentation submission Make improvement to sales & project documentation & process efficiency with AI tool Maintain and update sales & project records, customer databases and CRM systems Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution Support market research, competitor analysis and customer data collection Support marketing activities Assist the Sales team in preparing quotations, proposals and sales documentation Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, or relating discipline Strong in communication and organization skills Proficient in Microsoft Office skills #LI-TLY
