Student Supervisor - Hutchinson, MN

Hutchinson Public Schools is seeking a team member to provide Student Supervision to students at Tiger Elementary. This position will monitor students during non-classroom activities making sure school rules are followed to ensure student safety. This position will work 172 days per year, 2 hours per day. The salary range for this position is $19.

14 per hour - $21.64 per hour. Salary is dependent upon education and experience.

Responsibilities Include

Observe students, checking for appropriate and safe behaviors. Assist in conflict resolution as well as other needs. Help keep the cafeteria and work /school environment clean and safe. Work with other staff and students to create a positive, efficient and safe school environment. Maintain confidentiality standards by adhering to the district's data privacy policy.

Required Qualification: High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications (one of the following): Associates Degree 60 semester college credits Passing score on one of the state-approved tests (ParaEducator or ParaPro) Competency Grid Tiger Elementary School serves students in second and third grade.
