Team Support Specialist - Waiver Support

Demonstrate ability to engage consumers in a welcoming, hopeful, empathetic manner regardless of disability or phase of recovery. Assist individuals served by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling requests across diverse communication channels, including telephone, email, live chat, and in-person interactions. Review weekly reports to ensure all plans are uploaded into the WSA System as well policies within the EHR. Review weekly reports for potential enrollments, recertificiations, discharges and disenrollment’s. Complete enrollments and disenrollment’s in WSA and EHR within 7 calendar days of notification. Assist Waiver Analysts on various reports, data entry, and other assignments as needed.
