Process Engineer / Improver

The Process Engineer is a key technical leader responsible for the optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes of a high-performance, 24/7 automotive glass manufacturing operation. This role ensures stable, safe, and efficient production processes through data-driven analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and rigorous adherence to manufacturing standards (safety, quality, performance). The Process Engineer will lead process troubleshooting, support production continuity, and drive projects that improve manufacturing KPI’s, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.

The Process Engineer must foster a proactive culture of accountability, efficiency, and employee engagement, supporting NSG/Pilkington's values and business conduct standards.
