Job description
SUMMARY: Privately-held transportation company in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a motivated Paralegal to join the in-house legal team in Jacksonville, FL. Ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience and be a self starter, willing to take on varied tasks, including general corporate legal, litigation and transactional support to attorneys in the legal department and assists with document review, drafting, execution, integration and monitoring of contracts, subpoenas, litigation holds, board matters, litigation, bill review, and special projects.
