Loadout Operator

Line of Business: Other Position Title: Loadout Operator Job Location: Moncure, North Carolina About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world’s largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You’ll Be Doing Monitor and maintain loadout facility systems, equipment, scheduled maintenance, and housekeeping tasks.

Coordinate all shipment activity, including arriving/departing drivers, internal communications, documentation & tickets, and product inventory. Collect ash samples; perform appropriate testing and reporting. Assist STAR Operators, Loader Operators, and Maintenance personnel in performing daily inspections, preventative & routine maintenance, outage activities, and housekeeping tasks.

Create and maintain a safe environment for all employees on-site (SEFA host utility, drivers, and customers). Perform other duties as assigned. What Are We Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
