Part-Time Front Desk Agent – Courtyard by Marriott Vacaville Courtyard by Marriott Vacaville is looking for a friendly, dependable, and guest-focused Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. The Front Desk Agent plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience for our guests from arrival through departure.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service. Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently. Assist with reservations, room assignments, payments, and guest requests. Answer phone calls and provide information about the hotel, amenities, and local area. Respond to guest questions or concerns and help resolve issues in a timely manner.

Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments regarding guest needs. Maintain an organized and professional front desk and lobby area. Follow Marriott brand standards and hotel policies and procedures. Complete assigned shift duties and accurately communicate important information to the next shift.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills. Dependable, professional, and able to work well as part of a team. Comfortable using computers and learning hotel systems. Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment. Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
