Why Work at Mercedes-Benz of Midland No Experience Needed – We provide full training to set you up for success. Earning Potential: $5,000 – $20,000+ per month 10–14 units/month → $6,000 guaranteed income 15+ units/month → $9,000 guaranteed income Guaranteed base pay of $3,000 per month for the first 90-days Commission up to 33% of gross line , plus 3% back-end and volume bonuses Advancement Opportunities – Build a long-term career with growth potential.

Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards. Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle. Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email. Here is what you will need: Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred Strong communications skills. Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude.
