Lead the end-to-end technical implementation and deployment of projects, covering requirement alignment, solution design, system deployment and debugging, go-live, and final acceptance. Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards, while meeting local technical standards and business requirements in North America.

Provide technical support to North American customers and project teams, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure system stability, reliability, and usability throughout project implementation and operation.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product, and Sales, as well as overseas partners, to identify technical challenges, develop practical solutions, and drive the resolution of complex project issues.

upport on-site or remote deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and system optimization, ensuring smooth project implementation and customer adoption.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Information Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in system engineering, technical implementation, or project deployment. Experience in delivering technology projects is highly preferred.

Strong ability to communicate with North American customers and overseas teams, accurately understand technical requirements, and translate them into practical technical solutions.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to independently drive the end-to-end implementation and deployment of projects.

Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced project environments.

Good cross-functional collaboration and basic project management skills, with the ability to coordinate internal teams and external partners to drive project delivery.

Strong English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and overseas teams in English.
