We have an exciting opportunity for a Assistant Concession Manager to lead our team at Sportscraft & JAG Womenswear & Menswear MYER Ballarat Store.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive sales & customer experience Support the Concessions Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs across all brands and pads Lead by example by delivering exceptional customer service and creating a strong customer experience Use sales insights and product knowledge to identify opportunities and drive performance Build strong relationships Build positive relationships with Myer store, floor and operations teams Work collaboratively with other concessions to support a strong customer experience Represent APG & Co brands professionally within the Myer environment Lead & develop the team Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and support to the team Motivate and engage team members to achieve sales and service expectations Role model APG & Co values and contribute to a positive team culture Support the Concessions Manager with performance and team development Maintain brand & VM standards Ensure pads are presented and merchandised in line with brand and VM guidelines Maintain strong product knowledge and share this with the team Ensure promotional and merchandising initiatives are executed accurately and on time Support store operations Assist with roster planning, stock management and daily store operations Ensure business communications and initiatives are actioned effectively Support loss prevention and compliance with APG & Co and Myer policies Act as a key point of contact for the team in the absence of the Concessions Manager WHERE DO I SIGN?
