DSP- Direct Support Professional (Skill Builder)

Necco has an opportunity for a career as a Skill Builder on our Residential Campus AND/OR Community program. This is a Direct Service Provider (DSP) role. Starting rate of pay is determined based on Experience and/or Education and ranges from $18.50-$20.00 per hour. This role will add the most value to the company by providing supervision, ensuring safety, and providing outstanding customer service to the youth in our care.
