An experienced operational utility team member to report to Executive Project Manager to review off trend KPIs with field leadership and coach field teams on CRM usage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Supportive role and reporting to Executive Project Managers, and President. Researching off-trend KPIs and developing operational solutions with team. Reviewing and coaching resolution to budget variances. CRM review and education and coordination of mystery shops. Experience in developing prospect-centered sales culture.

Conduct in person site-visits throughout country. Work across multiple platforms of CRM, Billing and GL systems. National Travel – Minimum 1-week per quarter, with potential for longer assignments.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare or related field, or work experience equivalent managing multiple disciplines. Experience: Minimum 5-years as Executive Director of senior living community operations. Leadership experience interfacing with residents, families and staff across all disciplines. Self-starting problem solver.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Healthcare Leadership training a plus. Day Shift / 40hrs/wk
