Key Objective of this Role: Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.

Design and optimize warehouse infrastructure for efficient storage and operations. Manage relationships and performance of 3PL warehouse providers. Oversee and maintain WMS/ERP systems for real-time inventory tracking. Plan and monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory availability. Implement loss prevention strategies to reduce shrinkage and inventory discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse operating procedures. Track and report key inventory and warehouse KPIs for performance monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory with business needs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in inventory and warehouse processes.

Requirements

Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of 3PL operations and logistics processes Inventory planning and control expertise Excellent communication and coordination abilities MS Excel & MS Word and E Mail Communication Skills Should have excellent computer knowledge to effectively utilize inventory management systems, generate reports, and optimize warehouse operations using software and technology.
