Entry Level Trainee – Business Analyst

Gather and document business requirements with stakeholders. Create requirement documents, user stories, use cases, and process flows. Analyze and suggest improvements to business processes. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams. Ensure product meets requirements and assist in testing. Support project planning, tracking, and risk management.

Prepare user documentation and provide post-implementation support.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Information Technology. Years of experience: 0 – 18 months Must have skills: Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Proactive and eager to learn new methodologies and technologies.
