ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a high-ownership AI Project Manager / AI Product Owner who can drive enterprise AI products and implementations from requirement gathering → development → integration → UAT → deployment → production. You will work closely with AI/ML Engineers, Developers, Architects, Data Engineers, QA, Security, Legal, Compliance and senior client stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own multiple concurrent AI/Enterprise implementations
• Translate business requirements into technical & product deliverables
• Coordinate developers, AI/ML teams, architects and engineering teams
• Drive enterprise integrations and technical dependencies
• Own UAT, deployment, go-live and post-production support
• Coordinate security, privacy, legal and compliance approvals
• Lead client workshops and senior stakeholder discussions
• Manage risks, escalations, scope and delivery timelines. ✅ MUST-HAVE ✔ 5–15+ years in Technical Product Ownership, AI Project Management or Enterprise Technology ✔ Mandatory Pharma / Life Sciences / Healthcare experience ✔ Proven enterprise production deployment experience ✔ Strong APIs, SQL, databases and enterprise data-flow knowledge ✔ Experience working with developers & architects ✔ UAT, deployment and go-live ownership ✔ Strong client & senior stakeholder management ✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and international clients GOOD TO HAVE SAP/S4HANA | Veeva | Salesforce | AWS/Azure/GCP | GenAI | RAG | AI Agents | GxP | 21 CFR Part 11 | GDPR | HIPAA | ISO 27001 | SOC 2
