Preschool Teacher Assistant – Make a Difference Every Day! Monday–Friday | 8:15 AM–2:45 PM | $19.00/hour | Tonawanda, NY Looking for a job where you can have fun, stay active, and make a real impact? Join our preschool team as a Teacher Assistant and help young students learn, grow, build confidence, and reach their individual goals.

You’ll work alongside our classroom teachers to create a positive, supportive environment where every child has the opportunity to succeed. What You’ll Do Work one-on-one and in small groups with students Help students work toward their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals Assist with classroom lessons, play, art, music, sensory activities, playground time and more Encourage positive behaviors, communication and social skills Provide additional support to students who need individualized attention Assist students with daily needs, including feeding, dressing, toileting and mobility support Help create a safe, welcoming and engaging classroom environment What You’ll Need High school diploma or GED Patience, dependability and a positive attitude Ability to stay active and engaged throughout the school day Experience working with children, individuals with disabilities or behavioral support is preferred, but not required Why Join Us?
