Project Manager (Student Health Promotion)

Job Roles & Responsibilities Work as part of the school community to effectively promote a broad view of health. Initiate communication channels with school staff, students and parents to gather information on health-related issues Identify major health issues e.g. smoking, obesity, chronic medical conditions. Identify students at risk and formulate plan for evidence-informed outreach and intervention.

Communicate with school leaders on a regular basis to provide updates, challenges with solutions and successes.
