Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

Bond is a self-performing construction management firm hiring approximately 50–100 new employees each year, primarily across project management and field operations. As we continue to grow, we are seeking our first in-house recruiter to build our recruiting function.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You will personally own a significant portion of Bond’s recruiting—from sourcing and screening candidates through interviews, and offer management—while also managing our network of outside recruiting partners. In addition, you will lead Bond’s early-career talent strategy and strengthen our presence on college campuses.
