Operations Automation Officer

We are looking for a tech-driven Operations Automation Officer to join our Operations team. In this role, your primary mission will be to analyze manual, repetitive human actions and transform them into seamless, automated workflows. You will act as the technical bridge between different systems, leveraging your development skills in Python and JavaScript, along with n8n, to optimize and scale our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate Workflows & Reports:Build and maintain smooth, automated reporting processes and daily workflows usingn8n.
• Connect Platforms:Set up seamless connections between back-office tools and external systems usingREST APIsandGraphQL.
• Write Python Scripts:Develop and updatePython scripts that handle custom API calls and streamline routine data tasks.
• Work with Google Workspace:Confiure and runGoogle APIs (Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.) inside both custom code and n8n workflows.
• Create Custom Dashboards:BuildGoogle Apps Scripts and interactive dashboards to help teams easily access clear reporting.
• Bridge Systems Together: Figure out how different software tools communicate and build reliable data flows between them.
• Manage Code with GitLab:UseGitLab to track code updates, stay organized, and collaborate smoothly.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Software Developer, Automation Engineer, or in a similar technical role.
• Programming Languages:Strong coding proficiency inPythonandJavaScript.
• Workflow Automation:Solid practical experience building complex data flows and automations usingn8n.
• API & Integrations:Deep understanding of REST APIs and webhooks, with mandatory experience configuring and runningGoogle Workspace APIs (Gmail, Google Sheets, Drive, etc.).
• Version Control:Proven experience usingGitLab for code management, tracking, and collaboration.
• Mindset & Approach: A strong developer profile with an analytical mindset, capable of mapping out manual business processes and translating them into reliable code.
• Language:Good command of written and spokenEnglish to effectively communicate within an international team environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience integrating and working with the Zendesk API.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and basic database management.
