Substitute School Custodian

Summary The Mine Hill Township School District is seeking dependable Substitute School Custodians to help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly school environment on an as-needed basis. Duties Clean and maintain classrooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, cafeteria, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash Set up and break down areas for events and activities Assist with basic maintenance tasks and restock supplies Follow safety procedures and district policies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Custodial experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and follow directions Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to use cleaning equipment and supplies safely Ability to work indoors and outdoors as required Schedule & Pay As needed; hours vary Compensation per Board of Education guidelines
