Senior Technical Recruiter – Construction, Facilities & Commissioning Location: Remote / Hybrid (as required) Company: TPT Employment Type: Full-Time Join TPT and Help Build the Teams That Build the Future TPT is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Technical Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts for highly specialized construction, facilities, engineering, and commissioning positions.

This individual will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers while driving modern recruiting practices, talent pipeline development, and AI-enabled recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of successfully recruiting professionals within the construction, facilities, commissioning, and industrial sectors and understands the unique qualifications required for roles that directly support project execution, quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for critical technical and operational positions, including: Construction Superintendents Commissioning Managers and Engineers QA/QC Managers and Inspectors Construction Managers Project Managers Facilities Engineers MEP Professionals Safety Managers Project Controls Specialists Estimators and Schedulers Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Development Develop proactive recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill technical positions.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future project needs. Source candidates through industry networks, professional associations, referrals, targeted outreach, and digital recruiting platforms. Conduct market research and workforce planning analysis to support growth initiatives. Recruiting Innovation & Process Improvement Evaluate and implement modern recruiting technologies and AI-driven solutions.

Recommend best practices to improve recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes. Develop recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to support data-driven decision making. Continuously improve recruiting workflows through automation and process optimization.
