Key Responsibilities

Shadow Account Managers and participate in client-facing and internal meetings to gain real-world exposure Support data management initiatives and assist with special projects across teams Collaborate with team members on day-to-day operational and administrative tasks Learn the proposal process and present a proposal to the intern team at the end of the internship Develop a foundational understanding of the insurance industry, brokerage operations, and client service models Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program Preferred majors include, Risk Management & Insurance, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Curious, motivated, and eager to learn about the insurance industry and grow professionally The Hilb Group is an equal opportunity employer, and we actively support and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws prohibiting all forms of discrimination in employment.
