Your experience belongs at Bader Rutter. Let’s talk. As a public relations account supervisor at Bader Rutter, you’ll join a team to lead integrated PR programs for a key dairy client.

You’ll turn industry knowledge into fresh ideas, complex topics into compelling content and strong relationships into opportunities to build influence. Collaborate, think differently, follow an idea-first approach to solve problems. Own the program. Help guide PR planning, content strategy, execution, measurement and reporting. Find the stories that matter. Uncover compelling angles, translate complex dairy topics into relevant narratives and pitches, and drive content development, search engine optimization (SEO) and earned media that connects with priority audiences.

Turn insight into action. Track industry trends, competitors and emerging issues, and identify timely opportunities. Make news happen. Drive media relations and secure earned coverage. Connect the team. Collaborate across disciplines to build integrated strategies and bring ideas to life. Keep performance on track. Manage key performance indicators, ensuring high-quality work that advances client goals.

Help grow the business. Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships and support new business. What You’ll Bring Dairy industry experience and a strong understanding of the dairy landscape. At least seven years of relevant PR experience, ideally in an agency setting. Strong writing, search, storytelling and media relations skills, with experience securing meaningful trade and business coverage.

The ability to make technical or complex topics clear, relevant and interesting. A track record of building trusted client relationships and confidently navigating challenging conversations. Strong organizational skills and the judgment to manage shifting priorities. A proactive, collaborative approach — and the confidence to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Location: Remote, Milwaukee or Chicago Travel: Up to 25% for client needs Salary Range: $70,000-95,000 annually The provided salary range is a good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this hire. The actual salary offered will be influenced by candidate experience and other job and market-related factors.
