Engineer

Job Roles & Responsibilities Carry out physical inspection on the meter condition Take additional meter readings on site accurately Record relevant meter site information Interview customer to establish the facts that may contribute to the anomalous readings. For households, inspect the premises for visible leaks, with the permission from the occupier, and complete a checklist that will be provided by authority Carry out any additional meter inspection and/or interviews with customer, where necessary Update the case findings and the case status daily on the database and file the records properly Prepare daily summary report of the case(s) attended and to submit the report to the Board.

Requirements

Job Requirements Possess at least an Engineering Degree from a local institution or equivalent 4 years of relevant work experience Must possess own transportation (minimally motorcycle) Must possess computer knowledge to assist in the updating of information/data, preparation of spreadsheets and quantitative analysis in Excel, making reports, and managing procurement and payment documents
