Service Porter

Dealership: L0448 BMW of Sherman Oaks Service Porter BMW of Sherman Oaks Hiring: Service Porter Pay: $18.42 - $25.00 hourly Schedule: Full-time, 5-day work week with Sunday and 1 rotating day off Department Hours: Monday–Friday: 7:30am –6pm, Saturday: 8am–5pm and Sunday: Closed Why Join Our Team? In this role, you'll help keep vehicles organized and ready for customers while working closely with the service team. Join a team representing BMW while building your career with Lithia & Driveway.

What You'll Do

Move and park customer vehicles safely throughout the dealership and service areas. Greet customers and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up. Organize vehicles to support an organized flow through the Service Department. Ensure customer vehicles are ready for pickup after you complete service. Maintain clean and organized vehicle staging and parking areas.

Work with Service Advisors and other team members to locate and move vehicles. Follow dealership procedures when handling and transporting customer vehicles.

What You'll Bring

No prior dealership experience required. Provide safe and movement of customer vehicles throughout the dealership. Keep vehicles organized and staged to support an organized Service Department. Help prepare vehicles for customer drop-off and pickup. Communicate and work the Service team to provide a smooth customer experience..

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The California pay range for this position is $18.42-$25.00 hourly. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
