Qualifications

Interest and aptitude in performing the responsibilities listed Demonstrates qualities of management, daily work ethic, positive interpersonal relations, and a sensitivity to the needs of all children Responsibilities: Report missing students to the Lunch Director within the first 5 minutes of expected student arrival Effectively organize and manage students while eating, during clean up, and while participating in corresponding indoor and/or outdoor recreational activities Exhibit good communication skills with students and school staff Build and achieve effective rapport with students Enforce rules of student conduct in all aspects within the lunch program Apply designated/approved strategies to attain management/disciplinary plan based on prescribed program procedures Appropriately attend to conditions that affect the health and safety of students Follow established channels of communications Use discretion in handling confidential information and difficult situations Demonstrate an active ability to assist the program coordinator to examine, evaluate, and improve the program Other duties as assigned by the Principal and/or Lunch Director Application Procedure Online applications only, please.
