The Role: Valet Supervisor

Location: Johns Creek, GA Schedule: Open availability during hours of operation Monday through Sunday, 10:00 AM 10:00 PM Pay: Listed pay rate is based on an hourly rate plus tips

When: 9/12 - 9/16 (M-F) 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Where: 11650 Johns Creek Parkway, Johns Creek, GA 30097 Parking Instructions: Please park in the surface parking lot next to Trader Joe's and proceed to the office building. What to expect: No appointment necessary. Bring a copy of your resume and you will get to meet directly with our hiring managers for a brief, face to face interview.

What You Will Do

• Lead by example and create a welcoming environment for both guests and your team
• Greet guests with a smile and make each interaction feel personal and genuine
• Oversee daily operations to ensure vehicles are parked and retrieved safely and efficiently
• Support, train, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service and hospitality
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care, turning challenges into positive experiences
• Work together to keep operations smooth and maintain a polished, professional appearance

What We're Looking For

• A positive leader who takes pride in doing things right and inspires others
• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Friendly, professional attitude and team spirit
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and at least 18 years of age
