Construction Manager

Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting our Senior Management on project management include cash-flow, progress monitoring, contractual issues; Develop and manage project budgets, forecast costs, and allocate resources effectively to optimize project performance; Oversee the overall progress planning, work progress, quality & safety, and cost control of large-scale civil projects; Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle; Ensure all construction activities comply with regulations including environmental and safety guidelines.

Perform any duties assigned by the management of Build King Group Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines; Over 10 - 12 years' practical experience in civil engineering works; Experience in construction management of government projects is essential; Good command of spoken and written English; Good communication skills; Professional membership such as ICE, HKIE is preferred; Applicant with less post qualification experience will be considered for Assistant Construction Manager
