District Groundskeeper / Delivery Worker

About Becker Public Schools: Becker Public Schools is located along U.S. Highway 10, approximately 20 minutes southeast of St. Cloud and 45 minutes northwest of the Twin Cities. The district serves approximately 2,800 students across five schools on one connected campus: Early Education, Primary School (K�2), Intermediate School (3�5), Middle School (6�8), and High School (9�12).

Position Summary

Becker Public Schools is seeking a dependable, skilled Groundskeeper/Delivery Worker to help maintain district grounds, facilities, and equipment while providing delivery and warehouse support.

Responsibilities

Maintain lawns, athletic fields, landscaping, trees, irrigation systems, and grounds. Operate mowers, tractors, skid loaders, trucks, and other equipment. Perform equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs, including welding. Provide snow and ice removal. Set up, move, and store equipment for activities and events.

Deliver food carts, mail, supplies, equipment, and other materials throughout the district. Perform warehouse, custodial, and general maintenance duties. Follow safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Class B Minnesota CDL required. Grounds maintenance, landscaping, mechanical, welding, or equipment experience preferred. Ability to safely operate and maintain equipment and perform physical work. Chemical Applicator's License preferred. Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Hourly Wage: $19.74 - $26.
