Employee Experience Specialist

The Employee Experience Specialist supports Rain for Rent’s existing training, development, and talent programs across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through exit. The majority of the role is focused on making important milestones in the employee experience matter: onboarding (including the first 30, 60, and 90 days across a variety of roles), training, development, engagement, talent routines, transitions, and HR communications.

A key part of the work is checking in at important points in the employee journey, spotting where the experience can be improved, and recommending or leading practical fixes.
