Express Service Process & Training Specialist Cable Dahmer Automotive Group Full-Time | Fixed Operations | Multi-Store Position Cable Dahmer Automotive Group is looking for an Express Service Process & Training Specialist to support our Express Service operations across multiple dealership locations. This position will work directly with dealership teams to implement, train, and maintain a consistent Express Service process at the store level.

We’re looking for someone with hands-on quick lube or express service experience who understands how to build an efficient, customer-focused operation and can effectively train others. What You’ll Do Travel between dealership locations to implement and support Express Service processes Train and coach Service Advisors, Express/Lube Technicians, and other service team members Work hands-on with teams to improve workflow, efficiency, productivity, and customer experience Partner with Service Managers and Fixed Operations leadership to identify and address operational challenges Provide follow-up training and support to ensure processes are consistently maintained Assist with onboarding and training new Express Service employees Share best practices and help create consistency across dealership locations What We’re Looking For Automotive quick lube, express service, or dealership service experience required Strong understanding of Express Service operations and workflow Training, coaching, or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, process-driven, and comfortable working hands-on with dealership teams Ability to travel regularly between Cable Dahmer locations Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record EEO, including disability/vets
