Effectively lead and direct the manufacturing operations to maximize the financial benefit to Tekni-Plex. Lead initiatives that result in maximizing machine utilization and output at minimum cost, producing a quality product, directing training, reducing scrap, and ensuring a safe work environment where all employees are valued, respected and accountable.
Ensure manufacturing goals are met to improve performance in the areas of production output, machine utilization, and cost control.
