Position: Picker/Packer – 1st Shift Job Summary: Responsible for picking, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, hardworking, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Essential Duties

Pick and pull products according to customer orders and pick lists. Pack and prepare orders for shipment accurately and securely. Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy. Label, sort, scan, and organize products as needed. Prepare boxes, cartons, and materials for shipping. Move, stage, and organize products throughout the warehouse.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Requirements

Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred but not required. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Shift: 1st Shift – Day Shift Employment Type: Full-time opportunities available.
