As the Happy Camper & Good Vibes Store Manager , you’ll lead two lively retail stores, spending plenty of time on the sales floor while coaching your team, driving sales, and keeping merchandise looking its best. Spend time on the sales floor during peak periods, engaging guests and helping your team deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Develop annual and monthly sales goals, set daily targets, and keep the team focused on achieving results. Build relationships with guests, encourage return visits, and model enthusiastic, knowledgeable selling. Train, coach, motivate, and develop sales associates to strengthen individual and team performance. Lead store meetings, communicate expectations and updates, and hold team members accountable to company standards. Partner with leadership on staffing, store performance, onboarding, training, and operational improvements. Maintain strong product knowledge and ensure the team understands product features, benefits, and selling points. Oversee restocking, backstock organization, cycle counts, inventory adjustments, damage reporting, and physical inventory preparation. Keep merchandise organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing, resetting displays throughout the day as needed. Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment that meets company merchandising and operational standards. Complete performance evaluations and address performance or behavioral concerns appropriately and consistently. Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management skills while overseeing two stores. A positive, professional approach, even during busy or high-pressure retail periods. Adaptability and the ability to respond effectively to changing business needs. Attention to detail, especially with merchandising, inventory, and store operations. Openness to coaching and feedback and a desire to continually improve as a leader. Sound judgment, confidentiality, and a high level of ethical conduct. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Required Experience: Minimum of three years of retail sales and management experience. Proven experience supporting, training, coaching, and motivating a retail sales team. Strong verbal and written communication skills for working effectively with guests, employees, and leadership. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and complete work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Ability to work approximately 40-45 hours per week , including Saturdays, holidays, and peak retail periods. Ability to stand and work on the sales floor for up to nine hours per shift and to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds. Comfort working in an environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and a variety of fragrances.
