Property Manager

The Property Manager is responsible for daily oversight and coordination of company operations in the assigned market including property management, financial performance, collections, and occupancy for their respective territory.  The Property Manager must facilitate strong working relationships with the local market teams, the national and centralized support teams and third-party business partners.

The Property Manager will play an active role in the entire resident journey from lease application to brand management of the resident experience to move out.
