What You'll Own A pipeline of warm leads and a revenue target that's yours to drive. With an average treatment plan value of $1,200 and tiered commission up to 13.5%, your earning potential scales directly with your performance. Day-to-day: working your lead queue, conducting consultative phone conversations, educating patients on Laser.

Away's treatment options, overcoming objections, following up persistently, and closing � all managed through our CRM so your pipeline is always visible and your next action is always clear. This Is Not For Everyone This is a high-activity outbound role. You'll spend the majority of your day on the phone � calling, following up, and closing.
