We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our hospital-based team in Peru, Indiana , providing care across both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Follow individualized treatment plans to support residents’ independence, safety, and quality of life. Monitor resident progress and communicate changes or concerns with the OT and care team. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support quality resident care.

Requirements
Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Licensure: Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant state license or license eligibility. Physical Requirements : Ability to lift and assist residents as needed. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to therapy.
Technology: Computer proficiency to document in an electronic medical record platform.
