Human Resource Generalist

Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Generalist (HRG) is responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment for both hourly and salaried positions. This role also oversees new hire onboarding, benefits orientation, employee data management, and the coordination of company events, including employee recognition programs, holiday celebrations, and cultural activities.

Additionally, the HRG will assist with office management tasks such as managing office supplies, mail distribution, and welcoming visitors.
