Adheres to policies and procedures regarding all aspects of medication safety. Sets measurable and achievable short and long-range goals for patients, developing and implementing individualized plans of care. Prioritizes and completes follow-up assessments, evaluating and modifying plans of care as needed. Applies knowledge and skills pertaining to all diagnoses, procedures, medications, complications, and equipment associated with unit patient population.

Education

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred] Work Experience:
• 2+ relevant clinical nurse experience preferred [Preferred] Licenses and Certifications: Registered Nurse Florida License (RN) [Required] Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) [Required] Basic Life Support
• CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) [Required] APEX Innovations NIHSS [Required] Pay Range: $37.76 - $70.23 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law) Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening , including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
