Full Time, Nights Up to $15,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.

Position Summary

The Assistant Nurse Manager is a registered nurse who, using critical thinking skills, coordinates the clinical activities within the unit and service line as needed and collaborates with other members of the health care team. She/he directly and indirectly supervises the care rendered by all service line staff. Maintains Clinical Expertise Organizes Patient Care Activities Directs and Organizes Staff development Maintains Accountability to Administrative team Demonstrates Leadership Skills Minimum Requirements Education: Associate Degree Experience: 2-3 yrs RN experience in Medical/Surgical License: REGISTERED NURSE Certifications: BLS & ACLS (AMERICAN HEART ASSN) Preferred Requirements Education: BSN #LI-NM1
