Seasonal Lab Technician

Pay: $20.25 – $21.00 per hour. The Seasonal Laboratory Technician is responsible for performing quality and compositional analyses of olives and olive oil. This role works closely with laboratory supervisors and production personnel to collect samples from the mill, conduct routine testing, and monitor key quality indicators, including oil content and fruit moisture levels.

Corto Harvest is a 24/7 operation from mid-October to early December so the ability to work any shift, at least 6 days per week, is required and a willingness to work up to 12 hours if needed.
