Education

& Experience: Bible or Theology degree at undergraduate level or higher Credentialed and licensed by the C&MA or working toward it/willing to work toward it 3 - 5 years ministry experience as an associate or lead pastor A demonstrated commitment to the spiritual growth and health of the local church Ministry Strengths: Biblical Teaching/Preaching Solid, biblically based teaching and preaching Doctrinally sound, including a firm belief in the inerrancy and authority of Scripture Evangelism A heart for the lost Leadership & Ministry Development Able to lead as well as help others develop leadership skills Empowers others to lead in their own gifting and ministry areas Community Involvement and Teamwork Have a presence in the community Relates well to others in one on one, small group, and large group settings.
