Regional Nurse Manager - Sussex

We are actively recruiting for a Regional Nurse Manager for Sussex. Are you a Registered Nurse with experience working at a senior level, leading a team of nurses / carers. The Regional Nurse Manager will: Have line management responsibility of 4 - 5 Nurse Managers Manage a small caseload of complex care clients in the Sussex area, Drive quality, governance and safeguarding standards Supporting service growth, package mobilisation and relationship management with commissioners and stakeholders.

Leading audits, investigations, clinical reviews and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Requirements You will be an Adult trained Registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC PIN with a minimum of five years’ post-registration experience. Line Management experience. Experience of providing community-based care ideally complex care, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, ventilators. Able to participate in provision of the telephone based out of hours service on a rotational basis.

You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.

Our client will offer you a salary of £60,000 - £65,000 plus a company car on completion of the probation period. 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm, although some flexibility may be required due to the nature of healthcare. 25 days AL plus the bank holiday and a day off on your birthday.
