• Hotel, Job Purpose:
• The PT Valet Attendant at SELIG PARKING is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and efficient parking solutions to guests. The role involves safely parking and retrieving vehicles, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring a seamless experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas while adhering to company procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized valet area, ensuring safety and accessibility.
• Provide information and assistance to guests regarding parking options and facility amenities.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards.

Qualifications

Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred Required Experience:
• Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous
• Experience in a valet or parking attendant position is preferred Required Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
• Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage vehicle placements and keys
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Good physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail to ensure the safety and security of vehicles
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
