You'll maintain business development systems, monitor strategic initiatives, evaluate market opportunities, and provide leadership with actionable recommendations that support informed decision-making.

Your Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Analysis Conduct research, analytics, and evaluation to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Search for and assess new business development, partnership, networking, and market opportunities. Analyze internal data, industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.

Monitor market conditions and identify areas for strategic growth. Evaluate and prioritize opportunities aligned with organizational goals. Strategic Planning & Organizational Growth Support strategic planning efforts and organizational growth initiatives. Help advance activities connected to strategic goals and business priorities.

Assist leadership with identifying opportunities that strengthen organizational impact and sustainability. Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives. Ensure business development activities align with organizational objectives. Data Analytics & Reporting Develop, maintain, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Create dashboards, reports, presentations, and analytical summaries. Track business development performance and pipeline activity. Translate data and research findings into actionable recommendations. Provide leadership with timely updates regarding progress and opportunities. Project Management Provide project management support for growth initiatives.

Coordinate timelines, milestones, deliverables, and follow-up activities. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. Identify and resolve barriers impacting project success. Ensure initiatives move forward efficiently and effectively. Collaboration & Relationship Building Collaborate with leadership and departments across the organization.

Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Align business development efforts with operational and organizational priorities. Represent the organization at conferences, networking events, presentations, and community forums. Support partnership development and community engagement efforts.

Systems & Process Management Own and maintain business development tracking systems and databases. Ensure business development records remain accurate, current, and actionable. Monitor organizational growth initiatives and related activities. Support continuous improvement efforts related to strategic planning and business development.

Maintain organized documentation and records associated with growth initiatives. Schedule flexibility may be required based on organizational priorities and project timelines. Physical Requirements Ability to sit at a desk or meeting table for extended periods. Ability to stand, reach, bend, stoop, twist, and climb stairs. Ability to drive a vehicle as required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
