Production Operator-Stick Pack

As a Production Operator on our Stick Pack team in Wausau, Wisconsin, you will work alongside a team of operators to package powder products into foil sticks.

Together, you will help keep packaging equipment running safely and efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation, clear communication, and a strong focus on quality. The role & your impact In this operational role, you will be an important part of the day-to-day production process. You will operate Stick Packaging equipment, follow established procedures, help maintain equipment, and ensure production activities are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Your key responsibilities in this role Safely operate Stick Packaging equipment and perform basic troubleshooting. Package powder into foil sticks while supporting safe and efficient production. Follow daily routines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Disassemble, clean, and reassemble machines according to established procedures.

Accurately complete and review required production documentation. Communicate effectively with your three-operator team to maintain safety, quality, and production flow. What you’ll need to be successful in this role High school diploma or equivalent. Experience operating and troubleshooting mechanical equipment. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Ability to read and write English. Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) knowledge or experience. Ability to reprioritize tasks throughout the day as production needs change. A reliable, safety-minded approach and willingness to speak up when you identify a safety or quality concern.

Working conditions Shift: 2nd Shift Schedule: Monday

• Thursday, 2:30PM - 12:30AM. Four 10-hour shifts Work location: Onsite in Wausau, Wisconsin. Environment: Climate-controlled manufacturing setting. Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for up to 10 hours per shift. Overtime: Available but not required.
