Carolina Pediatric Therapy is looking for a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who wants to grow - not just their caseload, but their skills, career, and impact.

You’ll have designated space for your therapy materials and professional resources , along with space to display your credentials and accomplishments . It’s a place to belong, collaborate, stay organized, and make your own. The Role As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with Carolina Pediatric Therapy, you’ll treat children with a wide range of developmental, sensory, and motor-based needs.
Through engaging, evidence-based interventions, you’ll help children participate more fully in everyday life - from play and learning to self-care, sensory processing, and motor development. You’ll do it as part of an interdisciplinary team that shares ideas, solves problems together, and supports one another.
