Call Center Agent

The role of a Service BDC is to respond effectively to all phone-sourced vehicle inquiries that come to the dealership. Their goal is to generate a response, answer any questions and set an appointment.

Duties for this entry-level position include:

• Schedule service appointments

• Make high volume of outbound calls to customers

• Customer follow up

• Maintain relationship with customer

• Work closely with the service dispatcher

Skills:

• Bi Lingual in English and Spanish

• Highly motivated

• Good time management skills

• Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals

• Outstanding communication skills

• Professional work ethic

• Great attitude with a high-energy personality

• Superior customer service skills

• Call center experience helpful, but not required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred

• Automotive experience

• Stable work history required with historical job stability

• Excellent verbal communication skills must speak clearly and professionally.

• Must have a professional appearance

• Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to attendance policy and schedule requirements which included evenings and weekends

• Proficient with basic computer applications

• Outgoing and friendly personality not easily intimidated, ability to handle customer rejection

• Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism, salesmanship, teamwork, organization and customer service

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and diverse environment
