We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. In this role, you will contribute to the end-to-end product strategy and collaborate closely with Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, PMM, Commercial, and other teams to deliver frictionless, scalable solutions that expand EBANX’s product portfolio and generate new revenues.

What your day-to-day will look like

• Own the vision & strategy — Define and communicate the short- and mid-term strategy for payout solutions, ensuring every decision aligns with company goals and drives sustainable growth.
• Lead payout expansion into new markets — Proactively identify, assess, and drive opportunities to expand EBANX’s payout capabilities across new geographies, owning the journey from market assessment and product design through launch and scale.
• Bring payout experience — Apply hands-on experience with payout products and payment flows to shape scalable solutions, contribute practical industry knowledge, and accelerate decision-making.
• Bring local payments market knowledge — Leverage knowledge and first-hand experience of local payment ecosystems, market dynamics, payment methods, players, and infrastructure to help EBANX design solutions that are relevant to each market and accelerate our expansion.
• Shape world-class products — Convert market insights, merchant needs, and user pain points into detailed product requirements, guiding solutions from concept to launch with a strong focus on quality, scalability, and speed.
• Champion customer, market & business understanding — Dive deep into merchant workflows, local market dynamics, regulatory requirements, payout infrastructure, and EBANX economics to uncover opportunities that expand our addressable market and unlock new revenue streams.
• Operate with autonomy and a proactive ownership mindset — Proactively identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and move initiatives forward with limited supervision. We are looking for someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating the path rather than waiting for one to be defined.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives — Align Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, PMM, Operations, Risk, and Commercial teams around complex payout projects, removing blockers and driving decisions to ensure timely market launches.
• Translate strategy into execution — Turn high-level expansion goals into prioritized initiatives, epics, and user stories; balance technical needs versus new capabilities and track delivery against clear business and product success metrics.
• Own the roadmap — Maintain a transparent, data-driven roadmap and continuously reassess priorities based on merchant demand, market potential, implementation complexity, and business impact.

What you need to shine in this role

• Product track record — Shipped and scaled revenue-generating financial products;
• Payments & fintech experience, with a focus on payouts— Background in payment processors, fintech startups, or other regulated financial institutions, with hands-on experience in payout products or solutions.
• End-to-end ownership — Proven ability to take products from concept through launch and continuous optimization, balancing long-term vision with daily execution;
• Strategic + tactical execution — Equally comfortable crafting multi-year roadmaps and driving sprint-level delivery in fast-paced environments;
• Stakeholder influence — Success aligning Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, Commercial, and executive leadership around shared goals and trade-offs;
• Bias for action & accountability — Strong sense of urgency and ownership;
• English Proficiency — Fluent written and spoken English; able to craft clear narratives and persuade diverse audiences—from developers to C-level;
• Business acumen — Skilled at building business cases, modeling impact, and telling stories that drive change;
